How it works
The Molldrem Whitening for life program provides safe and effective whitening products to patients so long as they get regular cleaning and checkups every 6 months. Missing regular hygiene appointments will result in the termination of current whitening-for-life refills, patients will need to pay $99 to renew the program. Loss of trays by the patient will incur a $199 fee to receive a replacement. Terms and conditions apply at time of program.
